Produktbeschreibung
Excerpt from Bernardus De Cura Rei Famuliaris: With Some Early Scottish Prophecies, &C It is a compendious treatise on domestic economy, and contains advice of how to manage servants, wives, and children, as well as directions on when to spend, and when to spare. As the Latin text, which is paraphrased, is not given completely in many cases, a reprint of the entire letter is subjoined, with various readings, enclosed in brackets, from Migne´s "Biliotheca Patrum," where the some does not seem very clear. Ignis validus in domo accensus. About the Publisher Forgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
