Every Clergyman or Dissenting Minister, who is a Member of the Society, shall be entitled to attend and vote at all the Meetings of the Committee. VIII. The Annual Meeting of the Society shall be held on the Friday next after the Second Wednesday in May, when the Treasurer and Committee shall be chosen, the accounts presented, and the proceedings of the foregoing year reported.
