Neither is it to be put in the book market for sale, but is presented to the members and friends of the pastoral charge of Strabane and Kilbride, who have manifested an interest in the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary to the extent of contributing at least one dollar as a Jubilee offering. The historical portion is in the form of a simple narrative, embracing the more important events which have transpired during the last half century within the little circle of our church home. While the writer has aimed at being faithful and impartial in the statement of facts which were regarded as necessary in a sketch of this kind, he has purposely omitted everything which, in the judgment of the session, would be better forgotten.
