This little book has been written in order to meet this desire, and should be read as a supplement to Religion and Medicine. The first part, by Dr. Worcester, appeared as an article in The Century Magazine for July, 1909. It is here reprinted with the exception of a few sentences as it was originally published. The second part, by Dr. McComb, appeared in the pages of The Hibbert Journal for October, 1909. It is now issued in a revised and expanded form.
