When sufficiently warmed with it, he triumphs over every thing that stands in his way: rhyme and measure are to him no obstacles at all, for he discourses with as much ease and energy as if he were tied down neither to the rigid rules of rhyme nor of measure; which has made the ablest masters recommend the reading of the poets as the best method to learn the art of thinking.
