One secretary is in charge of the general administration of the department. Our Religious Work secretary is devoting most of his time to the Men and Religion Forward Movement this year, so he can hardly be accredited as working with us. Our Secretary for Rural Health and Recreation is outlining and developing a plan for the education of country boys and young men along these lines.
