Book-buyers appear to be taking matters calmly at present, and in my opinion this volume of Book-Prices Current discloses the market in a state of quiescence, a remark it is not necessary to qualify even in the face of the Ashburnham Sale, where prices ruled high, as they always do when large and important libraries find their way into the sale-rooms.
