My own indebtedness to his influence and teaching makes it impossible for me to do other than readily accede to such a request, conscious though I certainly am that I can add nothing to the story told so well within these pages. Of all the signs of our times there is certainly none more marked, and in every way more full of promise, than the fact that the great doctrine of Holiness unto the Lord should have come to hold so prominent a place in the religious teaching of the day. Whatever slight differences of opinion there may be on this subject, yet surely it cannot but be a matter of great thankfulness that the Churches of the land have been so generally stirred to earnest enquiry about our fuller privileges in Christ Jesus.
