Name and Object. - This Club shall be called the Ottawa Field-Naturalists´ Club, and its object shall be the study of the Natural History of this locality 2. Officers. - The Officers of the Club shall consist of a President, first and second Vice-Presidents, a Secretary, a Treasurer, and a Librarian, who, together with three other members of the Club, shall form a Council, all of whom shall be elected annually, and shall be eligible for re-election, and who shall have the management of all the business of the Club. In the event of any vacancy occurring in the Council during the year the same may be filled by the election of a successor at any of its regular meetings. 3. Auditors. - There shall also be two Auditors elected annually to examine the Treasurer´s accounts for the following year and report thereon at the next annual meeting.
