It also contains a general outline of proposals and some recommendations as to the first steps that should be taken to secure a solution of the problems dealt with. The intention is to follow this report by two other reports, the second of the series dealing with the problems of urban planning and development in Canada, and the third with the detailed consideration of the solutions of both rural and urban problems and with the legislative and administrative reforms needed in connection with the planning and development of land.
