Resolution come to by the Company on the subject, and election of John Fuller, Esq. as the new Treasurere, 28th June, 1844; Proceedings at the Bay of Quinté, from 1840 to 1844, (both inclusive); Appointment of Mr. Brown, as Schoolmaster, in the place of Mr. Somers, April 1840; Vote of $50. To Rev.
