This, I think, is a just Apology for any Inaccuracy, or Negligence in Language: But as Truth, and not Elegance, is to be sought after in a Controversy of this Kind, Arguments impertinent or insufficient cannot plead the same excuse; they ought to be examined and exposed, that both the Leaders and the Led may see what a wretched Cause That is, which stands in need of such Support.
