A necessity has arisen for the employment of negroes in various kinds of human labor for which they, above all others, are peculiarly adapted: nay, not only so, but, it would appear as the only people who are really fitted by nature - that is, by their constitution, their organization, and other natural circumstances of their condition - to carry on such labor healthfully and properly.
