I have certainly endeavored to treat the compiler of the following propositions, with all due courtesy, and if some of my criticisms appear severe, be it remembered that they are prompted only by a keen sense of justice. It is certainly a matter of congratulation to the christian world, to know that the man who has so insulted God, and violated his word, has enough self-respect still, to be ashamed to give his name to the public.
