Also present: Mr. Rhea Whitley, counsel to the committee. The committee after hearing the testimony of Charles Cox, proceeded with the following witness: Testimony of Joseph Curran, President, National Maritime Union (The witness was duly sworn.) The Chairman. Give us your full name. Mr. Curran. Joseph Curran. Mr. Chairman, I would like to wait for a few minutes as I have some material coming up. The Chairman. You would prefer to wait before proceeding with your general testimony? Mr. Curran. Yes. The Chairman. We will be glad to wait for it.
