Forbes, George H. Haynes, Charles L. Nichols, Waldo Lincoln, Edward S. Morse, John Noble, Austin S. Garver, A. Lawrence Rotch, Samuel Utley, E. Harlow Russell, Benjamin T. Hill, Edmund A. The report of the Council was presented by Judge Samuel Utley and Andrew McFarland Davis, A. M., of Cambridge.
