The System in all its details is now presented to the public in as perfect a state as possible; but as the art of primary instruction affords ample scope for the exercise of ingenuity and skill, and as many able minds have of late years been devoted to its improvement, no anxiety is felt authoritatively to dictate every minute arrangement in the management of a school.
