Several sermons, not yet published, have been added to them. The sermons on ´Theology and Miracle´ are the last two that I preached before leaving the Church of England. I have been asked to publish the first two sermons preached in Bedford Chapel after my secession from the Church of England. I do so, but were I to preach them now, fourteen years after, I should change the way in which some of the opinions are expressed.
