Among such phenomena, the Mexican Revolution stands out prominently; and in spite of all the mantles with which Capitalism has endeavored to cloak it, the Mexican agitation shows more and more definite Socialistic tendencies, which are of tremendous importance to every South American country, and no less vital to the North American people, who; in their turn, will have to solve the same problems that are now being worked out in Mexico, notwithstanding the superior material progress of the northern hemisphere.
