Who can tell? The Russian, Austrian or German police, the magistrates of countries to which salad baskets are unknown, may perhaps profit by this; and in many foreign countries the imitation of this method of transportation will certainly be of benefit to the prisoners. This ignoble wagon, a yellow box raised upon two wheels and lined with sheet iron, is divided into two compartments.
