It is hoped that this specific purpose may be served by Professor Yocum´s brief introduction to this study and by my own more fully-developed outlines. The complete manuscripts of my more extended study in this field will hereafter be available to students in the library of the School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.
